Its been a while

Its been a while since I have updated. After Carl's birthday my sister was here for the summer so we spent all our time with her. We had a lot of fun crashing various resort pools, working on our tans, teaching Carl to swim, and he ate a lot of sand this summer. But hes learning that its not that fun to eat sand. He is getting so big and so smart! He is running everywhere, and such a thinker. He also is a tinkerer like his dad. Screwdrivers, hammers, sorting things. When he is concentrating he sticks his tongue out. He currently loves to sit on daddy's dirt bike while he works on it. The next month we are going on vacation. Just Carl and I. Chris can't take that much time away. But we get to go for almost a month. We are going to Washington, for a baby shower and to visit Great Grandma Mary, then to Phoenix to visit Aunty Kelly, Uncle Zach, and Cousin Dylan. Then off to San Diego to visit Grandma Marilyn, and Aunty Stephy. So we have lots to do before we leave.
