Thanksgiving week.

Well our week started with a rain storm. It was fun for Carl to play in the puddles. He had a blast!! Our rain is warm rain, but he did get a little cold after being out there for two hours.

That night I was walking down the stairs and saw something in the middle of my floor. And guess what it was! A FROG!!!!

This is the best shot I got of it. I went and got Carl out of bed to help chase it out the door.

Well then a few days later it was time to cook Thanksgiving dinner. I did everything myself. Carl did help a little. It started with a small fire in my oven, from the pie, then after that was out, it was time to get the turkey stuffed and ready to go in the oven. It was a lot of fun playing peek a boo with Carl and the turkey. Carl even tried to say turkey a few times. He did know where it was after it was in the oven. I would say "lets go check the turkey" and he would run to the "hot, mommy" oven. After the turkey came out, Carl wanted to get close to it.

Then he wanted mashed potatoes.

He ran off with the spoon.

And came back with a messy face. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
